Follow these STEPS to get your BEE Certificate TODAY!!! 

STEP 1 – Application  

Fill in the Application Form, Click here for Application Form

Complete Affidavit Form (must be signed by Commissioner of Oaths), Click here for Affidavit Form

STEP 2 – Return Documents

1. Application Form,
2. Affidavit Form,
3. Registration Documents (Ck or CM documents),
4. Certified ID copies of all Directors,
5. Share Certificates,
6. Confirmation of Company Turnover (EME/Accountant Letter or Annual Financial Statements or Bank Statements), and 
7. Proof of Payment

STEP 3 – Receive Certificate 

On receipt of all required documentation, we will send your BEE Certificate via Email or Fax number you provided on your Application Form.
